Use luci-app-ddns with a custom service on the router.

Install and select the DDNS service

  1. Install the luci-app-ddns package.
  2. Open the DDNS service and select the custom service.
  3. Enter the update_url below and save the configuration.

Update URL

Replace <token> with the token from the update URL. Keep [IP] unchanged.

https://niti.vn/u/<token>?myip=[IP]

Find <token> under Dashboard › hostname › update URL. The URL is shown only once, so copy and save it before leaving the page.

The router updates its own IPv4 address.

To update a separate IPv6 address for one device, install the client on that device itself.
